Basilur Tea represents a unique challenge in digital marketing: a heritage brand with exceptional product quality seeking to capture global markets through digital channels. The challenge was ambitious: take a premium Sri Lankan tea brand with minimal digital presence and establish it as a recognized global player. This included implementing international shipping solutions, multi-currency checkout, localized product descriptions, and conversion-optimized user experiences. We integrated sophisticated inventory management, automated fulfillment workflows, and customer service systems that maintain premium brand experience regardless of where customers shop from. The six-year partnership has allowed for continuous optimization, testing new content formats, expanding into emerging platforms, refining targeting strategies, and scaling what works.
